Luise Sejersen explores the formal limits of the picture with the use of a material that consist of clippings of animals and people from magazines but also of her own photographs of architecture in Sweden. The pictures are transformed into collages and reliefs, which in different ways are moving away from the four-sided figure and the wall.
The transformation process of the collage is used for the creation of new figures and possibilities but also for reflections on finding ones own way and meaning in a complex world and on the social reality.
